This highly complex and complicated device is used to air out PCB's that where sprayed with "Green Coat". It is simply placed over the fresh PCB. A vakuum cleaner's hose is placed on the nozzle and hanged out of the window. Then the little fan blows air on the paint and the fumes are blown through the hose out of the window. With this there is no risk that insects land on the fresh paint and spoil it. Very simple but works fine!
